右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉的镇静和节俭作用的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉的镇静和节俭作用。方法选取2017年6月~2019年1月进行全身麻醉的患者共计80例作为本次研究的研究对象并随机分为对照和观察两组,对照组40例患者使用氯化钠注射液静脉注射后给予丙泊酚麻醉诱导进行全身麻醉,观察组40例通过静脉注射方式注射右美托咪定注射液进行全身麻醉,对比两组患者的镇静治疗后效果和药物使用情况等。结果观察组Ramsay镇静程度评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)且药物使用量整体少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论右美托咪定辅助全麻可以有效提高镇静效果,减轻病患痛苦,同时可减少传统麻醉药品丙泊酚的给药量,有助于药物节俭。Objective To explore the sedative and economical effects of dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia. Methods Eighty patients undergoing general anesthesia in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method. 40 patients in control group received propofol anesthesia induction after intravenous injection of sodium chloride injection. 40 patients in observation group received dexmedetomidine injection through intravenous injection for general anesthesia. The effects of sedation treatment and drug use were compared between the two groups. Results Observation group Ramsay sedation score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05), and the drug use was less than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine assisted general anesthesia can effectively improve the sedative effect, alleviate patients’ pain, and reduce the dosage of propofol, a traditional narcotic drug, which is conducive to drug frugality.
