天麻钩藤饮治疗脑血管疾病的临床研究

摘　　要：脑血管疾病是由于脑部血管发生病变或损伤引起血瘀、出血造成头痛、晕眩、脑出血、脑梗死等各种疾病的总称,总得来说分为缺血性和出血性两类。常见原因包括:静脉及静脉窦血栓形成、动脉粥样硬化、纤维肌肉发育不良、亚急性动脉硬化性脑病(Bingswanger病)、脂肪透明样变性与纤维蛋白坏死、淀粉样血管病变、脑血管痉挛及血管炎等。发病率占神经系统总住院病例的1/4~1/2。严重威胁着人类的生命健康。本文主在探讨分析2016年~2018年以来,临床上运用天麻钩藤饮治疗脑血管疾病的效果及研究进展。Cerebrovascular disease is the general name of various diseases such as headache, dizziness, cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction, which are caused by blood stasis, blood thickening and bleeding caused by vascular lesions or injuries in the brain. Common causes include: vein and sinus thrombosis, atherosclerosis, fibromuscular dysplasia, subacute arteriosclerotic encephalopathy(Bings wanger disease), fatty hyaline degeneration and fibrinolysis, amyloidosis, cerebral vasospasm and vasculitis.The incidence rate accounts for 1/4 ~ 1/2 of the total hospitalized cases of the nervous system. It is a serious threat to human life and health. This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the clinical effect and research progress of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases from 2016 to 2018.
