摘 要:邮轮旅游自2006年进入中国市场后迅速成为热门的新型休闲消费方式,且邮轮艘次和游客数量的年均增长率均保持在40%以上。目前,邮轮旅游已成为中国旅游经济增长的新引擎之一。上海作为中国经济发达、开放程度最高的城市,是邮轮公司进军中国市场的首选。本文通过阐述全球、中国及上海邮轮旅游的发展现状,提出上海邮轮旅游产业发展目前存在的一些问题,如邮轮文化意识薄弱、专业人才缺乏、邮轮建造技术低、政策瓶颈、邮轮航线单一、拓展空间小等。并针对这些问题提出加大邮轮宣传力度,提升邮轮旅游品质,促进邮轮旅游产业转型,把握游客需求,开发多样化产品,加快人才培养,紧抓机遇建立邮轮船供物资分拨中心,促进邮轮旅游目的地建设等建议,以期促进上海邮轮旅游从高速增长向高品质增长的平稳过渡。Since entering the Chinese market in 2006, cruise tourism has quickly become a popular new type of leisure consumption, and the average annual growth rate of cruise ships and tourists has remained above 40%. At present, cruise tourism has become one of the new engines for China′ s tourism economic growth. As the city with the highest degree of openness and economic development in China, Shanghai is the first choice for cruise companies to enter the Chinese market. By expounding the development status of cruise tourism in the world, China and Shanghai, this paper puts forward some problems existing in the development of Shanghai cruise tourism industry, such as weak cruise culture awareness, lack of professional talents, low cruise construction technology, policy bottleneck, single cruise route, and small expansion space. In response to these problems,suggestions have been put proposed such as increasing the intensity of cruise promotion,improving the quality of cruise tourism, advancing the transformation of cruise tourism industry, grasping the needs of tourists, developing diversified products, accelerating personnel training, and seizing the opportunity to establish a cruise ship supply and distribution center, and promoting the cruise tourism. Suggestions for destination construction, etc., with a view to promoting a smooth transition from the high-speed growth to the high-quality growth of Shanghai cruise tourism.
