潮州地区柿品种资源表型多样性研究

摘　　要：本文调查了潮州地区柿品种资源,以枝、叶、花、果、种等部位的154个形态为研究指标,对8个代表种进行多样性分析。结果发现,潮州柿品种表型性状表现丰富,有明显的形态多样性;果实变异程度高于叶片和花的变异程度,果实性状对潮州柿资源种质鉴定起到关键作用;8个柿品种的平均单果重为78.51g,变异系数达0.40;聚类分析将8种柿划分为四大类,第一大类为水柿、牛心柿和红柿1,第二大类为2种野山柿,第三大类是大红柿和红柿2,第四大类为晚柿。研究表明,潮州地区柿资源具有较丰富的遗传多样性,可为今后柿种质资源利用提供理论依据。This paper investigated the germplasm resources of persimmon in Chaozhou area,the 154 traits of branches,leaves,flowers,fruits and seeds were used as the research index to compare the diversity of the eight representative species.The results showed that persimmon varieties derived from Chaozhou area had rich traits and obvious morphological diversity.The variation degree of fruits was higher than that of leaves and flowers,which indicated that characters of fruit could play a key role during the germplasm identification.The average fruit weight of the eight persimmon varieties was 78.51 g,and the coefficient of variation was 0.40.The eight species of persimmon were divided into four categories by cluster analysis.The first category included water persimmon,beef heart persimmon and red persimmon No.1,the second category included two kinds of wild persimmon,the third category included big-red persimmon and red persimmon No.2,late persimmon was belonging to the fourth category.The results indicated that the genetic diversity of persimmon was relatively rich in Chaozhou,which could provide theoretical basis for the utilization of persimmon germplasm resources in the future.
