摘　　要：目的探讨松弛素(RLX)、胎儿纤连蛋白(FFN)联合检测在预测宫颈成熟度中的应用价值。方法选取96例足月需要并符合引产指征孕妇为研究对象,检测其宫颈阴道分泌物中血清RLX及FFN水平。评价RLX、FFN及联合检测评价宫颈成熟度的价值。结果 FFN/RLX联合检测的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及准确度明显高于单独检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FFN与RLX单独检测的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及准确度无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 RLX、FFN联合检测对宫颈成熟度预测效果与宫颈Bishop评分相仿,但更为客观,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of combined detection of relaxin(RLX) and fetal fibronectin(FFN) in predicting cervical maturity. Methods Ninety-six full-term pregnant women who met the indications of induced labor were selected as the study objects, and the levels of serum RLX and FFN in cervicovaginal secretions were detected.The value of RLX, FFN and combined detection in evaluating cervical maturity were evaluated. Results The sensitivity,specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of FFN/RLX combined detection were significantly higher than those of single detection, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy between FFN and RLX single detection(P>0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of RLX and FFN has the same predictive effect on cervical maturity as the Bishop score, but it is more objective and has good clinical application value.
