摘　　要：美国休闲海钓业已建立了成熟的管理和运营体系,形成了规模化的休闲海钓产业。海水休闲垂钓是美国一项重要的消遣活动,也是全国重要的经济驱动力。每年有数百万人通过休闲钓鱼的户外运动,增强家庭亲情,促进人际交流。在美国,钓鱼是有一套严格规定的,比如实行钓鱼证制度,而且包括禁渔区、禁渔期、使用什么样的钓具、垂钓什么样的鱼种以及鱼的大小和数量在内的各种事项都有详细的规定,以保护渔业资源,避免渔业资源的过度消耗。对山东省海洋休闲渔业的启示主要为:加强引导,健全管理体系,提升海钓设施,以海洋牧场带动海钓发展等。The American marine recreational fishing industry has established a mature management and operation system and formed a large-scale recreational sea fishing industry.Marine recreational fishing is an important pastime in the United States and an important national economic driver.Each year,millions of people use recreational fishing as an outdoor activity to strengthen family ties and enhance interpersonal communication.Fishing in the United States is a set of strict rules,such as the implementation of fishing permit system,and including the prohibition of fishing areas,fishing period,what kind of fishing gear,fishing what kind of species,as well as the size and quantity of fish,all kinds of matters have detailed provisions,in order to protect fishery resources,avoid excessive consumption of fishery resources.The enlightenment to Marine recreational fishery in shandong province is as follows: strengthening the guidance,perfecting the management system,improving the sea fishing facilities,promoting the development of sea fishing with the sea pasture,etc.
