摘 要:随着世界经济发展和大众旅游的常态化,海岛旅游已发展成为人们出游的重要选择。本文通过对泰国兰岛游客开展问卷调查及相关信息采集,分析了兰岛游客的旅游行为特征和满意程度,并提出了相关建议。研究结果表明游客对兰岛旅游的整体评价较高,并具有明显的旅游行为特征,不同年龄、状态和性别的游客在旅游行为特征上有一定差异。针对兰岛旅游发展提出综合利用多种旅游宣传方式,强化兰岛旅游宣传力度;完善兰岛旅游基础设施建设;推出个性化兰岛旅游活动;优化商品销售网点布局,提供多样的特色纪念品;定期开展主题旅游活动,进一步丰富游客体验等相关建议。With the development of economy and the normalization of mass tourism in world,island tourism has become an important choice for people to travel.This paper analyzes the tourist behavior characteristics and satisfaction degree of tourists by conducting questionnaire survey and related information collection in Thailand s Koh Lan,and puts forward relevant suggestions.The results show that tourists have a higher overall evaluation of Koh Lan s tourism and have obvious characteristics of tourism behavior.Tourists of different ages,states and genders have certain differences in the characteristics of tourism behavior.In response to the development of tourism in Koh Lan,it proposes to comprehensively utilize a variety of tourism propaganda methods,strengthen the tourism promotion of Koh Lan;improve Koh Lan s tourism infrastructure construction,highlights the characteristics of Koh Lan;launch personalized tourism activities to meet the needs of tourists at all stages;optimize the layout of commodity sales outlets and offer a variety of special souvenirs;organize regular theme tourism activities to further enrich the visitor experience.
