摘　　要：追溯从国家住宅产业化基地到装配式建筑产业基地的嬗变历程,对比国家住宅产业化基地和装配式建筑产业基地的申报条件、评审过程、申报结果,从特色发展、规范运营、与时俱进、持续建设方面提出申报启示。This paper traces the evolution process from the national housing industrialization base to the prefabricated building industry base,compares the national housing industrialization base and the prefabricated building industry base from application criteria,evaluation process and declaration results. Finally,proposes inspirations from characteristic development, standard operation, keeping pace with the times, continuous construction.
