摘　　要：文化精准扶贫是高校图书馆发挥服务社会和传承文化两种功能的具体体现。文章在理解文化精准扶贫概念的基础上剖析高校图书馆文化精准扶贫的内涵,联系公共产品理论厘清高校图书馆在文化精准扶贫中角色定位,分析高校图书馆开展文化精准扶贫的意义,以期为高校图书馆开展文化精准扶贫的理论研究和实际工作提供参考。Cultural precision poverty alleviation is the concrete manifestation of university libraries which play two functions: serving society and inheriting culture.This paper dissects the connotation of university libraries’ cultural precision poverty alleviation based on understanding the definition of culture precision poverty alleviation, clarifies the role’s orientation in connection with public product theory and analyzes the significance of university libraries’ cultural precision poverty alleviation.These efforts are made to provide reference for university libraries to carry out theoretical research and practical work on cultural precision poverty alleviation.
