摘　　要：当前中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,国家提出全民健身的国家战略。“体育强国”和“健康中国”的建设对全民健身发展提出了更加明确的指导放向,为全民健康开拓了更为广阔的发展路径。以文献资料法为主要研究方法,以书籍著作、期刊、学术论文、领导人重要讲话和政府工作报告等资料为参考依据。分析研究认为,可通过政策制定、提升服务和培育社会多方的广泛参与等路径带动全民健身的发展,把体育事业融入到人民群众的生活之中成为生活的一部分、更新体育管理理念、切实满足广大人民群众的健身需求。At present, socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and the slate has proposed a national strategy for national fitness. The construction of usports power” and "healthy China^^ has put forward a clearer guidance for the development of the nation's fitness, and has opened up a broader development path for the health of the whole people. The literature method is the main research method, based on books Journals, academic papers, important speeches of leaders and government work reports. Through research , it is believed that the development of national fitness can be promoted through policy development,service enhancement and extensive participation of lhe society. The integration of sports into the lives of the people becomes part of life, renewing the concept of sports management, and effectively satisfying the majority fitness needs of the people.
