摘  要:目的探讨将单个足趾分解成多个具有独立血管神经供应的复合组织块修复多手指组织缺损的手术应用。方法对该院于2014年2月-2016年12月收治的6例多个手指不同程度缺损的患者,采用足第2趾分解成多个带血供的复合组织块进行修复。结果 6例共13块复合组织均成活。术后随访3个月~2年,平均12个月,修复手指外观功能良好、患者满意度高。结论足趾分解成多个组织块同时修复多个不同的手指缺损,可以最大限度利用供区移植组织,以较小的代价获得良好的手术效果。Objective To explore the surgical application of decomposing a single toe into multiple composite tissue blocks with independent vascular nerve supply for repairing multi-finger tissue defects. Methods Six patients with multiple degrees of finger defects who were admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were treated with multiple toe pieces that were broken down into multiple blood donors for repairing. Results A total of 13 composite tissues survived in 6 cases. Postoperative follow-up of 3 months to 2 years, with an average of 12 months, the function of repairing fingers was good, and patient satisfaction was high. Conclusion The toe, which is broken down into multiple tissue blocks could repair multiple different finger defects at the same time. The donor tissue can be utilized to the maximum extent, and good surgical results can be obtained at a small cost.
