激光和等离子技术在经尿道前列腺剜除术中的临床疗效应用进展

摘　　要：前列腺增生症的发病率正在呈逐年上升的趋势。经尿道前列腺电切术是目前在国际上被公认的前列腺增生治疗的金标准,但该种治疗方式治疗后的并发症发生率较高,如术后出血、电切综合征等。并且并发症的发生率与前列腺增生的体积大小密切相关,体积越大则并发症发生率越高。而经尿道前列腺双极等离子电切术是采用由等离子技术发展而形成,不仅有效降低了手术并发症发生率,且治疗效果也较为理想。经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术正是近年来在经尿道前列腺双极等离子电切术的基础上进一步发展而形成的剜除电切术,不仅切除的更加彻底,还能更进一步地降低并发症的发生率。随着大功率的钬激光仪器的引进,经尿道钬激光剜除术也逐渐的被应用于临床,并且有取代经尿道前列腺电切术的趋势。但是激光和等离子技术在经尿道前列腺剜除术中孰强孰劣,目前还未明确。The incidence of benign prostatic hyperplasia is on the rise. Transurethral resection of the prostate is currently recognized as the gold standard for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in the world. But the incidence of complications after treatment, such as postoperative bleeding, electric cut syndrome, is high. And the incidence of complications is closely related to the size of prostate hyperplasia. The larger the volume, the higher the incidence of complications.Transurethral prostate bipolar plasma resection is formed by the development of plasma technology, which not only effectively reduces the incidence of surgical complication, but also has a satisfactory therapeutic effect. The technology of transurethral prostate plasma removal is based on the development prostate bipolar plasma electrotomy. It could not only remove more thoroughly, but also reduce the complications. With the introduction of high-power holmium laser instruments,transurethral holmium laser ablation is gradually being applied clinically, which has a tendency to replace transurethral resection of the prostate. However, which of the laser and plasma techniques is more appropriate in transurethral resection of the prostate is not clear.
