摘 要:目的建立水中氯化氰的连续流动注射测定法。方法通过全自动进样器取样,分别加入136 g/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液、0.1%氯按T溶液及14 g/L异烟酸-14 g/L巴比妥酸试剂(10 g/L NaOH),利用改造的连续流动注射分析仪,在85℃显色温度条件下测定水中氯化氰。结果在0.50~100μg/L(以CN-计)的线性范围内,回归方程为y=0.083 2x+0.068 1,r=0.999 9。该方法的检出限为0.21μg/L,回收率为93.3%~99.7%,RSD为0.1%~3.0%。结论该方法快速、灵敏、准确、可靠,适用于水中氯化氰的检测。Objective To establish a method for the determination of cyanogen chloride in water by continuous flow injection analysis. Methods The water sample was collected by autosampler, and reacted with 136g/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution,0.1% chloramines-T solution,and 14g/L isonicotinic-14g/L barbituric acid (10g/L NaOH),the cyanogen chloride in water was determined by modified continuous flow injection analyzer at 85℃.Results The linear range was 0.50- 100μg/L, r=0.9999 , the regression equation for cyanogen chloride was y=0.0832x+0.0681 ,the limit of detection was 0.21μg/L,the recovery rates were 93.3%-99.7% and the RSDs were 0.1%-3.0% respectively. Conclusion This method is rapid, sensitive, accurate and reliable for the determination of cyanogen chloride in water.
