摘　　要：通过对民国初期齐齐哈尔地方的图书馆发展特征的梳理,叙述了民国初期黑龙江图书馆的发展历程,利用民国时期的各种史料,概述了民国初期黑龙江图书馆发展状况。依据民国初期图书馆发展特征,可以认知值得当代图书馆借鉴的经验和特点。Through the combing of the characteristics of library development in Qiqihar area in the early Republic of China, the development history of Heilongjiang Library in the early Republic of China was described. The historical data of Heilongjiang Library in the early Republic of China was summarized by using various historical materials during the Republic of China. According to the characteristics of library development in the early years of the Republic of China, it is possible to recognize the experience and characteristics that are worth learning from contemporary libraries.
