摘 要:利用Fenton试剂氧化破解剩余污泥,在序批式活性污泥法反应器(SBR)中,通过正交实验确定Fenton破解污泥的优化参数.结果表明,在污泥初始pH为3,H2O2和Fe2+投加量分别为5mL/L、0.25g/L,反应时间为90min时,Fenton氧化破解效果最佳,污泥上清液中SCOD和TN、NH3-N、多聚糖、蛋白质的质量浓度分别增至1.461g/L和99.5、30.3、137.5、256.3mg/L.将SBR的剩余污泥进行Fenton氧化处理并回流,表观污泥产率从对照组的0.4g/g降低到了0.23g/g,产泥量减少42.2%.Fenton破解污泥回流对SBR的SCOD和TN去除效果无明显影响,增强了TP的去除,对NH3-N去除略有降低.可为Fenton破解剩余污泥回流至SBR实现污泥减量提供基础依据.The excess sludge was disintegrated by Fenton oxidation ,and the optimal parameters of the Fenton disruption were determined by orthogonal jar experiments in sequencing batch reactor (SBR). The results indicated that, when the sludge initial pH was 3, H2O2 and Fe2+ dosage was 5 mL/L and 0.25 g/L respectively, and reaction time was 90 min, the Fenton oxidation disintegration had the best effect. The SCOD, and mass concentration of TN, NH3-N, polysaccharide, protein in supernatant liquid increased to 1.461 g/L and 99.5 mg/L, 30.3 mg/L, 137.5 mg/L, 256.3 mg/L respectively. The excess sludge pretreated by Fenton oxidation treatment and returned into the SBR system, the observed biomass yield of the sludge decreased from 0.4 to 0.23 g/g, the sludge output reduced by 42.2%. Although sludge return by Fenton disintegration resulted in a slight reduce of NH3-N removal while had no effect on SCOD and TN removal, and increased the removal rate of TP at the same time. It provides a basis for Fenton to solve the sludge reduction of residual sludge reflow to SBR system.
