摘  要:目的探讨新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)早产儿母亲围生期健康素养、家庭功能的现状及其相关性。方法选取宁夏4家三级甲等医院NICU住院的符合标准的早产儿母亲为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、家庭关怀度指数问卷、围生期孕妇健康素养量表进行问卷调查。结果 NICU早产儿母亲家庭功能总分为(6.71±1.63)分,围生期健康素养总分(164.57±17.36)分,具备健康素养者占33.39%。家庭功能良好组早产儿母亲围生期健康素养总分(203.32±16.75)、沟通性健康素养(52.03±5.62)和批判性健康素养(59.89±6.76)均高于家庭功能障碍组(t=3.728,P=0.043;t=4.319,P=0.035;t=6.186,P=0.013)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,相对于家庭功能障碍者,家庭功能良好者的OR值为2.974;相对于初中及以下文化程度者,高中或中专、大专、本科及以上的OR值分别为4.425、2.842和2.258;相对于家庭月收入<4000元者,≥4000元的OR值为2.379;相对于不参加定期体检者,参加定期体检者的OR值为7.016;相对于没接受过产前教育者,参加过产前教育的OR值为1.657。结论 NICU早产儿母亲围生期健康素养较低,良好的家庭功能对提高围生期孕妇的健康素养具有重要的意义。Objective To explore the status of perinatal health literacy and family function of NICU premature mothers, as well as their correlation. Methods The premature mothers from NICU in 4 hospitals at Level-A in Ningxia were enrolled. General situation questionnaire, APGAR and perinatal health literacy scale were used to survey premature mothers who met the inclusion criteria. Results The total score of family function was (6. 71 ± 1.63 ), the total score of perinatal health literacy was ( 164. 57 ± 17. 36), only 33. 39% mothers had satisfied health literacy. The total scores of perinatal health literacy (203. 32 ± 16. 75 ), communication health literacy (52. 03 ± 5. 62), critical health literacy (59. 89 ± 6. 76) of premature mothers with good family function were higher than those with family dysfunction (t = 3. 728 , P = 0. 043;t=4.319, P =0. 035;Z = 6. 186, P = 0. 013). Logistic regression analysis showed that OR value in good family function was 2. 974 compared to family dysfunction. OR values in mothers with high school or secondary school, junior college ,undergraduate and above education level were 4. 425 , 2. 842, 2. 258 compared to junior high school and below. OR value of family monthly income ≥4000 was 2. 379 compared with < 4000. OR value of participating in regular medical examination was 7. 016 compared to not participating. OR value of participating in prenatal education was 1.657 compared to not participating. Conclusion NICU premature mothers had low perinatal health literacy, it is great significance to maintaining good family function for improving health literacy of perinatal pregnant women.
