摘 要:介绍了国内外雨水管理、利用及对环境影响的概况;给出了以钼尾矿粉、黄土为基体原料,外加成孔剂试制无机蓄水材料之工艺过程;测试和分析了该材料的重要物理性能—吸水率、容积吸水率、体积密度、保水性和抗压强度,利用SEM观测了不同烧成温度下试样的结构和样品的孔结构,采用XRD分析了样品的矿物组成,利用等温吸附实验对该材料在水中的吸附和解吸附性能进行了测定;介绍了该材料的工程应用方法,并给出了在海绵城市建设中的应用模型;得到了该材料是一种物理性能良好、吸附和解附能力优良、适宜于海绵城市建设使用的无机蓄水材料的结果。This paper introduces the general situation of rainwater management, utilization and its impact on environment in domestic and foreign countries;gives the technological process of trial-manufacture of inorganic water storage materials with molybdenum tailings and loess as base materials with the addition of pore forming agent;the important physical properties of the materials are tested and analyzed-water absorbing rate, volumetric water absorption, volume density, water retaining property and compressive strength, the sample structure and pore structure under different firing temperatures are observed by SEM images, the mineral composition of the samples is analyzed by X-Ray Diffraction(XRD), the adsorption and desorption properties of the materials in water are measured by isothermal adsorption experiment;this paper also introduces the engineering application method of the materials and gives the application model of sponge city construction;as conclusion this inorganic water storage materials have well physical properties,very good adsorption and desorption capability and suitable for use as sponge city construction.
