摘 要:研究汽车腐蚀皮纹加工的影响因素及其常见缺陷,分析表明:汽车腐蚀皮纹加工的影响因素有原材料、皮纹粗细、皮纹范围、皮纹件结构、模具钢材、前加工工序。常见的缺陷有刮花、毛刺、脱模损伤、光泽度差异、纹理不均匀。采用不同原材料注塑的零件表面光泽度不同,一般ABS零件光泽度高于PP零件光泽度;皮纹颗粒越细小,越容易出现刮花不良;建议把皮纹范围设定到距离皮纹件分型线约0.5mm的位置结束,可有效避免毛刺产生;皮纹件拔模角较小的区域在脱模时皮纹易受损;同一模具采用不同的模具钢材,相应的皮纹件表面容易产生光泽度差异;前加工工序(如焊接、电火花加工)可导致模具表面发生变化,相应的皮纹区域容易出现纹理不均匀的现象。Influencing factors and common defects of automobile corrosion texture processing were studied. The analysis shows that the influencing factors of automobile corrosion texture processing are raw materials, texture thickness, texture range, texture part structure,mould steel, pre-processing procedure.The common defects include scratch, burr, demoulding damage, gloss difference, texture uneven.The gloss of parts moulded with different raw materials is different. In general,the gloss of ABS part is higher than that of PP part.The smaller the texture granule is, the more vulnerable it is to scratch.It is suggested that the texture range should be set to the end of 0.5 mm from the parting line of the texture part, which can effectively avoid burrs. The area with smaller draft angle of the texture part is vulnerable to damage during demoulding. After using different mould steels in the same mould,the surface of the corresponding parts is vulnerable to glossiness difference. The pre-processing procedure (such as welding, EDM) can lead to the change of the surface of the mould, and the corresponding area is vulnerable to texture uneven.
