摘 要:考虑到电动汽车用户会响应峰谷分时电价的政策,做出改变电动汽车充电方案的决定,使电动汽车无序充电变成可规划、可预测的有序充电。在此基础上,用户对峰谷分时电价不同的响应度对配电网重构会产生怎样的影响是文中重点探讨的问题。文中的数学模型式以配电网重构费用损失最低为目标,提出一种混合的粒子群蚁群算法用于求解论文提出的问题。对IEEE33节点系统进行仿真,首先验证了提出方法在配电网重构求解有效性;其次验证了电动汽车有序转移到电价谷时段充电能够有效减少配电网重构费用损失,且用户响应度越高,配电网重构费用损失越少。Taking the policy of electric vehicle users responding to peak-valley TOU price into account,the decision to change the electric vehicle charging scheme makes the electric vehicle disordered charging into a planned and predictable orderly charge.On this basis,the impact of different responsiveness of peak-valley TOU price on reconfiguration of distribution network is discussed in this paper.Based on the minimum cost of reconfiguration cost of distribution network,a mathematical model is established,and the hybrid particle swarm and ant colony algorithm is applied to solve the model.The IEEE33 node system is simulated to verify the validity of the proposed method in the solution of distribution network reconfiguration.Secondly,it is proved that the transfer of charging in the electric vehicle to the valley time period of electricity price can effectively reduce the cost loss of the distribution network reconfiguration,and the higher the user response degree,the loss of reconfiguration cost of distribution network is less.
