摘 要:电能计量装置作为发电、变电、输电、配电、用电各环节贸易结算和经济技术指标考核的枢纽,其准确、稳定运行直接关系到贸易双方的经济利益。因此,有必要对电能计量装置的运行状态进行评估,达到预判止损的目的。在前人研究的基础上,对电能计量装置的状态指标和评估方法两方面内容进行了改进:采用非线性数学评分模型刻画定量状态指标,运用灰色理论对定性状态指标进行聚类分析,并基于改进层次分析法确定各指标的状态权重,最后借助加权平均模型和模糊数学理论得出状态评估结果。改进后的状态评估策略更趋完善,实用性更强,实现了对电能计量装置运行状态的全方位监督。As a hub of trade settlement and assessment of economic and technical indicators in power generation,substation,transmission,distribution and consumption,the accurate and stable operation of electric energy metering device is directly related to the economic interests of both trade parties.Therefore,it is necessary to assess the operating status of the electric energy metering device,for the purpose of predicting faulty and then stopping loss.Based on the previous researches,this paper makes improvement on the state indicators and evaluation methods of electric energy metering devices from two aspects,that is the non-linear mathematical scoring model is used to characterize the quantitative state indicators,and the gray theory is applied to analyze the qualitative state indicators;based on the improved analytic hierarchy process,the weight of each state indicator is determined.Finally,the state evaluation results are obtained by means of weighted average model and fuzzy mathematics theory.The improved state assessment strategy is more perfect and practical,thus realizing the all-round supervision over the operating status of the electric energy metering device.
