摘 要:以沈阳盛京金融广场项目为背景,论述"外爬内支"结构施工方式下提高钢筋桁架楼承板与结构楼板埋筋连接质量与结构安全性问题。分析钢筋桁架楼承板埋筋易受混凝土污染及定位精度低的技术难题,提出钢筋桁架楼承板水平钢筋"关联式"精准预埋施工技术,重点阐述埋筋材料选型、定位精度控制、二次校正防偏位、混凝土污染控制措施及埋筋处理的系列质量控制要点,最终有效提高钢筋桁架楼承板埋筋定位精度及埋筋质量,避免后期植筋问题,保证结构连接可靠性。Taking Shenyang Shengjing Financial Plaza project as the engineering background,this paper discusses the improvement of the quality and structural safety of steel-bar truss deck and the structural slabs under the construction method of outer climbing inner support.The technical problem that steel-bar truss deck is vulnerable to concrete pollution and low positioning accuracy is analyzed.The relevant precision pre-buried construction technology for horizontal reinforcement of steel-bar truss deck is proposed.This paper focuses on the selection of the ribbed material,the positioning accuracy control,the secondary correction anti-biasing,the concrete pollution control measures and the series of quality control points.Finally,the positioning accuracy of the steel-bar truss deck and the quality of the reinforced ribs are improved effectively,which avoids the problem of post-grown reinforced bars and ensures the reliability of structural connection.
