摘 要:目的:利用GC-MS分析,揭示水蒸气蒸馏法提取羌活挥发油的提取动力学规律。方法:利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取羌活挥发油,每30 min收集挥发油提取物,以二十二烷为内标物进行GC-MS相对定量分析,提取主要特征成分,分析其溶出规律。结果:GC-MS共解析挥发性成分144种,(+)-α-蒎烯,3-蒈烯,右旋萜二烯等为主要挥发性成分。3-蒈烯与右旋萜二烯线性相关性明显,但与(+)-α-蒎烯的溶出无明显规律。3-蒈烯尚与(2R-cis)-α,α,4a,8-四甲基的溶出具有一定正相关性,但与其他成分的溶出呈负相关关系。结论:羌活挥发油的提取过程受主要成分3-蒈烯的影响,但具体作用机制有待深入研究。Objective:To reveal the extraction kinetics of the volatile oil from Notopterygium incisum extracted by steam distillation by GC-MS analysis.Methods:The volatile oil of Notopterygium incisum was extracted by steam distillation,and the volatile oil extract was collected every 30 min.GC-MS relative quantitative analysis was carried out with docosane as the internal standard,main characteristic components were extracted and their dissolution rules were analyzed.Results:There were 144 volatile components in the oil including(+)-zep-pinene,3-carene and dexterpene.The linear correlation between 3-carene and dextral terpene was obvious,while no obvious rule was found with the dissolution of(+)-urban-pinene.3-Carene was positively correlated with(2 R-cis)-α,α,4 a,8-tetramethyl,while negatively correlated with the other components.Conclusion:The extraction process of the volatile oil from Notopterygium incisum is affected by the main component 3-carene,while the mechanism needs to be further studied.
