摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在老年冠心病患者心脏康复治疗中的作用。方法:104例在心脏康复科住院治疗的冠心病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各52例。对照组接受常规心脏康复治疗;干预组在临床药师干预帮助下进行心脏康复,包括用药指导、不良反应知识宣教、治疗药物方案优化、生活健康教育和定期回访等。随访12周后比较两组患者的血压、血脂、6 min步行试验距离(6MWD)和运动代谢当量(METs)等指标变化。结果:12周后两组患者的收缩压、舒张压及低密度脂蛋白均较干预前降低,6 MWD和METs较干预前增加(P<0.05);且干预组患者的收缩压、6 MWD和METs均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床药师参与冠心病心脏康复的综合治疗有利于老年患者的血压控制,增强运动耐力。Objective:To investigate clinical pharmacist’s role in cardiac rehabilitation(CR)of elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:A total of 104 elderly CHD patients admitted to the wards of CR department were collected,and randomly divided into the intervention group(52 cases)and the control group(52 cases).The control group was given the conventional CR programs,and the intervention group attending CR programs received clinical pharmacist intervention with medication guidance,side effect education,medication optimization,life health education and regular follow-up.The blood pressure(SBP,DBP),blood low density lipoprotein(LDL),6-minute walking distance(6MWD)and metaboic equivalent(METs)were observed after 12-week followup.Results:After 12 weeks,SBP,DBP and LDL in both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,while 6MWD and METs were significantly increased than before(P<0.05);the SBP,6MWD and METs in the intervention group were significantly superior than the controll group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The involvement of clinical pharmacist in the team of cardiac rehabilitation programs for elderly patients with CHD is helpful to control blood pressure and enhance exercise endurance.
