摘　　要：鱼油甘油三酯(Omegaven■)是美国食品药品管理局(FDA)批准上市治疗小儿肠外营养相关胆汁淤积的新药。本文描述了鱼油甘油三酯的研究进展,展示了其活性成分ω-不饱和脂肪酸的重要临床应用前景。Fish oil triglycerides(Omegaven■)is a novel drug for the treatment of parenteral nutrition-associated cholestasis(PNAC),which was approved by FDA.The advance in fish oil triglycerides was described in the article,showing the promising prospect for clinically utilizingω-unsaturated acid as the therapeutic ingredient for PNAC.
