构建我国《最佳儿童药品法》的社会认知初步调查

摘　　要：目的:调研关于构建我国《最佳儿童药品法》的相关信息社会认知,为我国构建《最佳儿童药品法》提供建议。方法:基于课题组前期的对我国儿童用药真实世界数据的研究结果进行分析,结合美国《最佳儿童药品法》相关内容,构建我国《最佳儿童药品法》关键信息及相关社会认知问卷,借助互联网平台开展问卷调研。结果:本次调研共收到426份有效问卷。问卷调研对象多集中在30~39岁之间(45.77%),且主要为仅孕育1孩的人群(55.87%)。社会认知普遍认为我国目前缺乏儿童药品(93.19%),其中49.53%的人认为我国目前极度缺乏儿童专属药品。98.36%的访问对象认为在使用非儿童专属药品时会带来儿童用药安全隐患。访问对象普遍认为我国应构建适宜于我国的《最佳儿童药品法》,构建我国的《最佳儿童药品目录》,并允许给予"最佳儿童药品"一定的市场独占期和价格加成。结论:我国应逐步推进适宜于我国的《最佳儿童药品法》立法工作,并给予"最佳儿童药品"生产企业一定的政策支持。Objective:To investigate the information of society cognition about the construction of Best Pharmaceuticals for Children Act in China,and to provide suggestions for the construction of Best Pharmaceuticals for Children Act in China.Methods:Based on the previous results of real-world data about pediatric drugs use in China and combining with the related contents of the US Best Pharmaceuticals for Children Act,the key information and related social cognition questionnaire of Best Pharmaceuticals for Children Act was constructed,and the questionnaire survey on the internet platform was carried out.Results:A total of 426 valid questionnaires were received.Most of the respondents were between 30 and 39 years old(45.77%),and most of them had only one child(55.87%).Social cognition generally believed that there was a shortage of children’s medicines in China(93.19%),of which 49.53%believed that China was extremely short of children’s exclusive medicines.Totally 98.36%of the respondents believed that the use of non-children’s exclusive drugs would lead to drug safety problems for children.The interviewees generally believed that China should construct Best Pharmaceuticals for Children Act,establish Best Drug Catalogue for Children,and allow the best drug for children to be given a certain market exclusive period and price bonus.Conclusion:The legislation of Best Pharmaceuticals for Children Act should be promoted step by step in China,and some policy support should be given to the production enterprises of the best children’s Drug.
