摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对不同部位浅表肿物的应用价值。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对经我院收治并经病理确诊的118例不同部位的浅表肿物,进行超声图像和病理结果对照,分析不同部位、不同类型浅表肿物的超声声图像特点。结果结合病理结果,118例浅表肿物中:手部肿物35例,肘腕部肿物14例,臂肿物11例,头颈肩腰背部肿物28例,胸腹壁肿物4例,腿部肿物12例,足肿物14例;术前超声诊断与术后病理结果相符69例,符合率58.5%。结论彩色多普勒超声对不同部位浅表肿物具有很高的应用价值,可以直观并清晰地显示肿物的大小、形态、边界、回声及血流等情况,为临床上肿物的治疗提供重要的影像学依据。Objective The study aims to explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in superficial masses of different body parts.Methods The study uses retrospective study method to analyze the ultrasound images as well as pathological results of 118 cases of superficial masses.Results There are 118 cases of superficial masses:35 cases of hand,14 cases of elbow and wrist,11 cases of arm,28 cases of head/neck/shoulders/waist/back,4 cases of thoracic and abdominal wall,12 cases of leg,14 cases of foot.The preoperative ultrasound diagnosis was consistent with the postoperative pathological results in 69 cases,and the coincidence rate was 58.5%.Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasonography has high application value for superficial masses.It can clearly observe the size,echo,boundary and blood flow of the mass,providing an important imaging basis for the resection of the mass.
