摘  要:通过回归分析法研究了金属材料洛氏硬度与抗拉强度之间的关系。结果表明:金属材料洛氏硬度x(HRC)与抗拉强度y(MPa)之间的关系可以表示为y=496.55+14.704x;在生产条件固定的情况下,洛氏硬度检测快速、简便,对于某些不能进行拉伸试验也不方便进行布氏硬度试验和仪器压痕试验的材料,可以通过预先得到的回归方程估算其抗拉强度。The relationship between Rockwell hardness and tensile strength of metal materials was studied by regression analysis.The results show that the relationship between Rockwell hardness x(HRC)and tensile strength y(MPa)can be expressed as y=496.55+14.704 x.Rockwell hardness test is fast and simple under fixed production conditions.For some materials which cannot be tested by tensile test,Brinell hardness test and instrument indentation test,the tensile strength could be estimated by the regression equation obtained in advance.
