摘　　要：[目的/意义]对《中国跨系统区域图书馆联盟建设与发展实证研究》一书进行评介,旨在使读者了解我国跨系统区域图书馆联盟的发展现状及如何更好地促进发展。[方法/过程]运用内容分析、归纳演绎等方法,从研究主题、研究内容、研究方法等方面,评析该书的几个鲜明的特点。[结果/结论]该书是一部较好地了解我国跨系统区域图书馆联盟发展现状的代表性专著,运用扎实的实证研究获取翔实资料,为我国图书馆联盟的可持续发展提出科学合理的发展战略,其研究具有广泛应用的社会意义和实践意义。[Purpose/significance] A book review on Empirical Study on the Construction and Development of Cross-System Regional Library Consortia in China was conducted, aiming at understanding the current situation of cross-system regional library consortia in China and how to promote its development.[Method/process] From research topics, research contents, research methods, etc., this paper used content analysis, inductive and deductive methods to evaluate several distinctive features of this book.[Result/conclusion] The monograph is a representative book for mastering the development of cross-system regional library consortia in China, using solid empirical research to obtain detailed information, and putting forward a scientific and reasonable development strategy for the sustainable development of library consortia in China with a wide range of social and practical significance.
