品管圈活动在头颈部肿瘤放疗患者健康教育中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间健康教育中的作用。方法选取该院2016年9月-2017年6月收治的162例头颈部肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各81例,对照组接受传统护理,实验组开展品管圈活动,分析首次入院、放疗15次和放疗30次后患者对健康教育知晓率情况和患者对护理的满意度情况。结果从两组患者对健康教育知晓率情况上看,放疗15次与放疗30次之后的知晓率皆高于首次入院时,而实验组对健康教育的知晓率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组对护理的满意度是71.61%,实验组对护理的满意度是91.36%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈活动可显著提高头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间对健康教育的知晓率,值得推广。Objective To explore the role of quality control circle activities in health education during radiotherapy for patients with head and neck cancer. Methods A total of 162 patients with head and neck tumors admitted to the hospital from September 2016 to June 2017 were selected and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 81 cases of each group. The control group received traditional nursing, and the experimental group earned out (juality control circle activities. The awareness rate of health education and patients^ satisfaction with nursing after the first admission, 15 times of radiotherapy and 30 times of radiotherapy were analyzed. Results In terms of the awareness rate of health education of patients in the two groups,the awareness rate after 15 times of radiotherapy and 30 times of radiotherapy was higher than that at the first admission, while the awareness rate of health education in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ). The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 71. 61%, and that of the experimental group was 91. 36%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ). Conclusions Quality control circle activities can significantly improve the awareness rate of health education for patients with head and neck cancer during radiotherapy, which is worthy of promotion.
