综合护理在冠心病患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者通过综合护理的效果及其对生活质量的影响。方法选取该院2016年8月~2017年5月收治的冠心病患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组行综合护理干预。比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度及生活质量情况。结果观察组患者对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组,身体健康、心理健康等生活质量指标评分均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用综合护理方法对冠心病患者进行护理,不仅可提高患者对护理满意度,也能改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of com prehensive nursing care on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease adm itted to the hospital from August 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group , 40 cases of each . The patients in the control group were given routine nursing , and the observation group received com prehensive nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction and quality of life were com pared between the two groups. Results Patients in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with their nursing work than those in the control group , and their scores of quality of life indicators such as physical health and m ental health were all higher than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ). Conclusions Adopting com prehensive nursing method to nursing patients with coronary heart disease can not only improve patients" satisfaction with nursing , but also improve the quality of life of patients.
