摘 要:针对门诊预约的调度优化问题,考虑到患者对于医生和时段的双重偏好,将门诊预约患者分为"医生敏感型"和"时段敏感型"两类,并基于前景理论建模患者偏好,构建门诊预约调度模型。在模型中,将医生分为专家和普通医师,并考虑医生的加号行为,将就诊时段分为常规就诊时段和加号就诊时段,进一步细化患者的损失和收益。在算例部分,根据给定的医生、时段偏好序列,求解使这两类预约患者总体满意度最大的门诊预约安排,并与传统预约调度系统进行效果比较。最后,进行灵敏度分析,探究两类预约患者对于医生、时段的敏感程度以及不同的时段划分方式对于患者总体满意度的影响。This paper focused on the appointment scheduling optimization problem.It classified outpatients into two categories:"Doctor-Sensitive Patient" and "Time-Sensitive Patient",and established an outpatient appointment scheduling model based on the patient’s double preference for doctors and time as well as the value function of the Prospect Theory.In the model,the doctors were divided into experts and mediocre physicians while the treatment periods were divided into regular treatment periods and additional treatment periods to further specify the patient’s loss and gain.To certify the performance,the outpatient appointment schedule that maximizes the overall satisfaction of these two types of scheduled patients was solved respectively according to the given preference sequence doctor’s and time period.The proposed method was also compared with the traditional appointment system about their effectiveness.Finally,sensitivity analysis was conducted to figure out the influence of the two types of appointment patients towards doctors and time periods and different time divisions on the overall satisfaction of patients.
