摘  要:针对自保温砌块墙体灰缝易产生热桥的问题,提出一种自保温墙体砂浆层内置EPS保温条形成断桥的方法。采用理论计算和数值模拟方法分析设置断桥对自保温墙体热工性能的影响及断桥效果,并对采用不同断桥布置形式墙体的受力性能进行数值仿真分析。结果表明,该断桥设置可减小墙体传热系数,改善整体热工性能,消除热桥现象;结合墙体受力性能分析,在满足填充墙层间位移要求的前提下,对EPS保温条的最大设置宽度及合理布置形式、位置提出建议。A new self-insulation masonry form with heat insulator made of EPS in mortar layer is proposed to prevent the thermal bridge of the self-insulation wall. Both theoretical calculation and numerical simulation are used to analyze the effect of the heat insulator and its influence on thermal performance of walls, and then ABAQUS models are developed to analyze the mechanical performance of walls with different heat insulator forms. The results show that the setting of heat insulator in mortar layer not only can reduce the heat transfer coefficient and benefit to thermal performance of walls, but also prevent the thermal bridge. Besides, a better form and maximum size of heat insulator is recommended based on thermal performance and mechanical performance meeting the limit of interstory drift index of filler wall in frame structures.
