摘　　要：以安徽某大型创新业态商业中心工程为例,总结BIM系列软件的交互方法流程及在工程开发阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段的应用价值,并深入探讨BIM模型上下游转换率、运维阶段BIM模型、BIM+VR+城市综合管廊等BIM技术关键问题及发展趋势。Based on the situation of BIM technology, this article took a large commercial complex project as an example, summarized a series of BIM software's interaction method and the application value in engineering's development stage, bidding stage and construction stage. Further, the key issues and development trends about conversion rate of BIM model, maintenance stage's BIM model and BIM+VR+ urban comprehensive tube gallery had been studied.
