空间角柱端板连接节点有限元分析

摘  要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立强轴和弱轴连接均存在的空间端板连接角柱节点及仅强轴连接存在的平面端板连接节点模型,分析空间端板连接角柱节点与平面端板连接节点性能的差异和在空间荷载和平面荷载作用下,空间角柱节点强轴连接的初始转动刚度和弯矩承载力的变化。研究表明,与平面节点相比,空间角柱节点强轴方向的初始转动刚度和承载力均有大幅提高;与平面荷载相比,空间荷载作用下,空间节点的初始转动刚度变化较小,但对节点域柱腹板产生不利影响,降低了空间角柱节点的弯矩承载力。The behaviour of the joints must depend on the properties of both the major and minor axes, plane joint only reflects the single direction connection performance for any frame analysis.Finite element models of space corner end-plate joint with major and minor axes and plane joint only with major axes were established using ANSYS software. A comparative study between the space corner end-plate joint and plane joint is presented. The moment bearing capacity and the initial rotational stiffness of space corner joint were analysed under the space loading and plane loading. The research shows that the initial rotational stiffness and moment bearing capacity of space corner joint have greatly increased compared with plane joint. The initial rotational stiffness under the space loading has a less change than that under the plane loading. But space loading has a negative effect on the column web to reduce the moment bearing capacity of space corner joint.
