烧结机侧密封技术在酒钢公司选烧厂的应用

摘　　要：酒钢选烧厂两台130m^2烧结机利用设备维修的机会将滑道干油密封改为高分子柔性侧密封,取得令人满意的效果,烧结技术指标改善,烧结机系统漏风率降低17%左右,电单耗下降了2.17 kWh/t,双机每年可创经济效益500万元以上。The two 130 flat sintering machines changed the dry oil seal of slideway into the flexible Side Sealing of polymer by the opportunity in Sintering Plant of JISCO.Satisfactory results have been achieved.Technical index of sintering machine was improved.The air leakage rate of sintering machine system was reduced by about 17%. Unit power consumption decreasedby 2.17 degrees per ton.The double sintering machines can create economic benefit above 5 million yuan every year.
