药患关系信任度量表的编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:编制适用于评估门诊患者对药师信任程度的测量工具。方法:通过查阅文献、患者访谈及专家咨询法构建条目池,选取188例门诊患者进行预调查,采用收集到的数据进行项目分析和探索性因子分析,形成初始版量表。选取483例门诊患者作为正式调查对象,评价量表的信度和效度。结果:药患关系信任度量表包括20个条目,探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,累积方差贡献率为85.541%;量表的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.904;验证性因子分析模型拟合良好:χ^2/df=2.333、RMR=0.039、GFI=0.930、PGFI=0.726、TLI=0.970、RMSEA=0.053;量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.918、Guttman Split-Half系数为0.957。结论:编制的药患关系信任度量表具有良好的信度和效度,可用于测量门诊患者对药师的信任程度。OBJECTIVE To develop a measurement tool suitable for assessing the trust of relationship between pharmacists and patients. METHODS The pool of items was constructed through literature review, patient interview and expert consultation. 188 outpatients were selected for the pre-survey. The collected data were used for item analysis and exploratory factor analysis to form the initial version of the scale. A total of 483 outpatients were selected as formal respondents to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. RESULTS The Trust Scale of Relationship between Pharmacists and Patients were composed of 20 items, and exploratory factor analysis extracted four common factors with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 85.541%;The content validity index(S-CVI) of the scale was 0.904;The results of confirmatory factor analysis model fit well:χ^2/df=2.333、RMR=0.039、GFI=0.930、PGFI=0.726、TLI=0.970、RMSEA=0.053,the fitting degree of the model was good.The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale was 0.918 and the Guttman Split-Half coefficient was 0.957. CONCLUSION The developed Trust Scale of Relationship between Pharmacists and Patients has good reliability and validity, which can be used to measure the trust degree between outpatients and pharmacists.
