摘  要:随着电子病历的普及、信息学在医学领域的广泛应用,大数据在医学领域迅速发展。深度学习、人工智能以及及机器学习已成为心血管专业大数据研究的重点,特别是在影像学和基因相关领域。而在基础和转换医学研究领域,新技术新材料研发进一步推动了血管疾病的发病机制和内膜增生的防治的研究。近年来血管外科领域的临床、基础和转换研究主要集中在主动脉疾病及高发病的病因和防治、血管成像、动脉内膜增生的防治和微创治疗,目的在于探索最佳个体化治疗方案和有效降低医疗成本。本文就数字化医疗、机器人血管腔内介入治疗、药物预防及基础和转换研究在血管外科领域的进展进行回顾。With the extensive use of electronic health records and the increased application of medical informatics, big data have been developed rapidly in medicine. Deep learning, artificial intelligence, as well as machine learning has become the focus of big data-related researches in cardiovascular diseases, in particular imaging studies and genetic researches. Basic and translational researches on the pathogenesis of vascular diseases and prevention and treatment of intimal hyperplasia have made rapid progress owing to the emerging new technologies and materials. In recent years, clinical, basic and translational researches in vascular surgery are mainly focused on the etiology and prevention strategies of aortic diseases and other diseases with high incidence, vascular imaging, prevention and treatment of intimal hyperplasia and minimally invasive treatment. The ultimate goal is to identify the optimal individualized therapy for patients and reduce the cost. Herein, we review the advances with respect to digital medicine, robotic endovascular intervention, disease prevention with medication, and basic and translational researches in vascular surgery.
