摘　　要：卫星移动通信系统的试验鉴定与一般武器装备的相比,具有试验子样少、试验成本高、组织体系复杂、试验资源占用多等特点,这对试验鉴定策略和方法的研究提出了极大挑战。文章通过对美国航天装备试验鉴定体系进行分析,重点对美军MUOS试验鉴定的组织体系、测试项目等要素进行研究,提出对卫星移动通信系统试验鉴定的思考与建议。Compared with the test evaluation for common weapon and equipment, the test evaluation for the communication satellite is characterized by smaller samples, higher cost, more complex procedures, and overhead of test resources, to constitute a challenge for studies of the test methods and strategies. This paper analyzes the test evaluation system of the American space equipment, especially the organization frame, the operational procedure, the test items, and the experimental resource of the US army’s Mobile-User-Objective-System(MUOS). Some suggestions are made for improving the test and the evaluation of the mobile satellite communication system.
