摘 要:以自动变速器换挡控制用比例减压阀为研究对象,在分析结构和工作原理基础上,建立数学模型。使用Pro/E建立CAD模型,基于SimulationX建立多体动力学模型,联合仿真分析阀的动静态特性,调节并优化结构参数。结果表明:该阀原理和结构参数设计合理,能够满足设计要求,为电液比例控制技术在换挡控制方面的应用提供了参考。The proportional pressure reducing valve used for automatic transmission gear shifting control was explored.Based on the structure and working principle,the mathematical models were established.The CAD model was built using Pro/E software,the multi-body dynamics model was established by using the SimulationX.The static and dynamic characteristics of the valve were analyzed,the structure parameters were adjusted and optimized.The simulation results show that the principle and structural parameters of the valve are reasonable and meet the design requirement.The research provides references for the application of electro-hydraulic proportional control technology in shift control.
