摘 要:结合富氧燃烧技术本身所具有的技术优势,针对印尼褐煤提出了一种新的富氧燃烧锅炉系统。该系统磨煤机出口风粉混合温度比空气燃烧锅炉提高约20℃,且可尽可能地提高磨煤机出口风粉混合温度,从而大大增强了系统对煤种水分波动的抗干扰能力,系统运行调整的灵活性也得以提高。同时,该系统免去了传统富氧燃烧锅炉系统所需的除湿装置及其相关投资。经计算分析,该系统的锅炉效率较空气燃烧锅炉提高1.13个百分点,炉膛烟气温度降低不低于30℃。由于明显改善炉膛内的结焦程度,以及炉内的燃烧过程因维持合理的二次风速得以优化,从而保证了炉膛具有足够的吸热能力。此外,该系统锅炉明显减少了受热面的受热面积,其中过热和再热流程的末级受热面的受热面积可减少15%~25%,从而减少了锅炉高温受热面的钢材用量,降低了锅炉的成本。Integrating the characteristics of oxy-fuel combustion, a novel oxy-fuel boiler system for burning Indonesian lignite is proposed. In the proposed system, the mill outlet temperature of mixture of gas and pulverized coal raises 20 ℃ compared to air-firing boiler system. This temperature can be increased as far as possible. This highly improves the adaptability of fluctuations of coal moisture and flexibility of running. The equipment of moisture remover and its investment are absent in the proposed system. The boiler thermal efficiency is 1.13 percent points higher than that of air-firing boiler system. The flue gas temperature in furnace decreases more than 30 ℃, which alleviates the trend of slagging in furnace. The combustion process can be improved through holding reasonable secondary gas velocity of burner. The two facts ensure the reasonable heat absorption in furnace. Moreover, the main heating surface areas of boiler decrease obviously. The heating surface areas of the final superheater and reheater decrease from 15%~25%, which reduces the steel of high temperature heating surface and its cost.
