摘　　要：采用自制本色毛竹化机浆配抄本色化学木浆制备本色纸杯原纸,探讨了毛竹化机浆用量、填料添加量、松香胶用量及各层不同定量分布对纸杯原纸性能的影响,并将各指标与行业标准以及现有工艺条件下制备的优质白色纸杯原纸各指标做对比,最后对成本进行简要分析。结果显示,随毛竹化机浆用量增加,纸杯原纸厚度和挺度、边渗值逐渐升高,吸水性增强,但抗张指数、耐折度逐渐下降;随填料添加量增加,各指标均变差;松香胶的最佳用量为2.5%;随面层和底层定量增大、芯层定量减少,纸杯原纸厚度和吸水性变化较小,抗张指数、挺度、耐折度逐渐增大,边渗值逐渐升高;在探讨的变量范围内,均有可满足行业标准及优质白色纸杯原纸标准的工艺条件,与此同时相比白色纸杯原纸的原材料成本,本色纸杯原纸吨纸最高可节约1982元,经济效益显著。Unbleached chemi-mechanical bamboo pulp combined with unbleached kraft softwood pulp was used to prepare natural color carton base paper to reduce cost.The effect of bamboo pulp content,filler and rosin dosage,basis weight distribution on the properties carton base paper was discussed,meanwhile those properties were compared with industry standard and self-made white carton base paper standard respectively.In the end,the cost was analyzed briefly.Results showed that with the increase of bamboo pulp content,paper’s thickness,stiffness,edge permeability value and water absorption can be gradually increased,while the tensile index and folding endurance decreased.With the increase of filler dosage,all of the properties get worse.The best dosage of rosin was 2.5%.With the basis weight increase of surface layer and bottom layer,paper thickness and water absorption changed slightly,and the tensile index,stiffness,folding endurance and edge permeability value gradually increase.In this study,there were conditions to meet both industry standard and self-made white carton base paper standard,and compared with the cost of white carton base paper,cost of unbleached carton base paper could be saved up to 1982 yuan,with a notable economic benefit reached.
