摘 要:针对压电智能结构在减振降噪领域的应用,基于NI6343数据采集卡设计了一种无源10×衰减接口,扩大了输入电压范围,解决了基于NI6343数采卡搭建压电测控实验系统的设计方案。该文首先分析建立了压电元件输出阻抗模型,在此基础上讨论了测试系统负载效应对压电元件输出电压的影响,最后设计了10×接口电路,并分析讨论了其幅频、相频特性。仿真和实验结果表明,所设计的10×接口可以用于直接测量采集的大多数压电元件的输出电压信号,且在1000Hz以内均有较高的幅值测量精度。Aiming at the application of piezoelectric smart structures in the field of vibration and noise reduction, a passive 10× attenuation interface was designed based on NI 6343 data acquisition card, which expanded the input voltage range and implemented the design scheme of piezoelectric measurement and control experimental system based on NI 6343 data acquisition card. Firstly, the output impedance model of piezoelectric elements is analyzed and established. On this basis, the influence of load effect on the output voltage of piezoelectric elements is discussed. Finally, a 10×interface circuit is designed and its amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics are analyzed and discussed. The simulation and experimental results show that the designed 10×interface can be used to directly measure and collect the output voltage signals of most piezoelectric elements, and has high measurement accuracy within 1 000 Hz.
