摘 要:三元复合驱驱替液在配注过程中受到剪切作用,当剪切达到一定程度时驱替液会发生降解,导致其黏度降低进而影响原油采收率。通过对新疆油田七东一区三元复合驱试验站的转输阶段驱替液进行管件流场模拟,分析了转输液在各管件中流动时表观黏度的变化。模拟结果表明,相同条件下,常用弯头、三通、同心变径管中的剪切速率依次增大;配注管径越小或流速越大,剪切速率就越高,表观黏度就越小。建议尽可能减少配注系统管件尤其是变径管的数量,适当增加配注管径,降低配注流速,尽可能地保持驱替液黏度,以增大波及体积来提高原油采收率。The displacing fluid of ASP flooding is sheared during the injection and allocation process, and degradation of displacing fluid will occur when the shearing reaches a certain level, resulting in a decrease of its viscosity and thus affecting the oil recovery rate. The flow field simulation of pipe fittings is carried out for the displacing fluid of the transfer phase in the ASP flooding test station of the Qidong1 Area of Xinjiang Oilfield, and the change of apparent viscosity when the transfer fluid flows in each pipe fitting is analyzed. The simulation results show that under the same conditions,the shearing rate of common elbows, tees and concentric reducers increase sequentially. The smaller the pipe diameter or the larger the flow rate, the higher the shear rate, and the smaller the apparent viscosity. It is recommended to minimize the number of pipe fittings in injection and allocation system,especially the number of reducers, appropriately increase the diameter of injection and allocation pipe, and reduce the flow rate of injection and allocation to maintain the viscosity of the displacing fluid as much as possible, increase the swept volume and to improve crude oil recovery.
