摘 要:吊机是海上采油平台的关键设备,可靠性要求高,布置空间要求尽量小,需从传统的继电器控制转向更加智能化、集中化的控制模式。通过对吊机系统组成、机械结构及各项功能进行分析,划分核心和辅助控制功能,开展布局、核心控制逻辑、编程、电路设计和设备选型,开发出一种基于PLC的集中电控系统,实现了吊机各部件的信号采集,动力模块和保护模块的信号处理,以及执行吊机各项运动、安全保护和声光报警等功能。配置此套控制系统的吊机在东海和南海的采油平台上得到了很好的应用。Crane is the key equipment for the offshore oil production platform, and it requires high reliability and layout space as small as possible. So it needs more intelligent and centralized control mode instead of traditional relay control mode. Through analyzing the crane's system composition, mechanical structure and various functions,the core and auxiliary control functions are classified,and then layout plan, core control logic, programming, circuit design and equipment selection are conducted. A centralized electric control system based on PLC is developed. This system realizes functions such as signal collection of all kinds of crane parts, signal processing of power module and protection module, executing various motions of crane, safety protection, and audible and visual alarm. The crane with this control system is applied well on the oil production platform in the East China Sea and South China Sea.
