摘 要:为维持人体体温平衡,较之暖通系统,调温服装可满足个体舒适性的要求,并减少能源浪费。近年来,研究者们开发了吸湿发热、纳米聚乙烯、相变材料和气凝胶等不同的调温材料。本文系统介绍了应用在服装领域的主要调温材料,概况了近年来国内外调温材料的研发以及其在服装行业的应用进展,总结了不同调温材料在应用及研发上存在的技术问题和限制条件,并提出了未来的调温服装要发展成为分类明确、标准统一、环保健康及多功能一体的智能产品。In order to maintain body temperature balance, thermoregulation clothing can meet the requirements of individual comfort and reduce energy waste, compared with the HVAC system. In recent years, researchers have developed different types of novel temperature adjustable materials, such as moisture absorption and heating material, nan-polyethylene (nanoPE), phase change material and aerogel. This paper gave a systematical introduction of the main adjustable temperature materials applied in the apparel field, and summarized the development status of temperature adjustable materials at home and abroad in recent years and the application progress in the clothing industry as well as technical problems and restrictions in application and development. Besides, it is proposed that temperature adjustable clothing will be developed into environmental-friendly intelligent products with clear classification, unified standardization, and multiple functions.
