摘 要:为改善中温浆液对经纱渗透性能差的缺点,在调浆时将渗透剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC)加入浆液中,以降低浆液的表面张力,提高浆液在经纱中的浸透。通过测试传统高温浆液、中温浆液以及中温与渗透剂协同作用后浆液性能,研究了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚对中温浆液性能、浆膜性能及浆纱性能的影响规律。结果表明:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚能有效提高中温浆液对经纱的渗透性,改善了中温浆纱后浆纱的各项力学性能。In order to improve the shortcomings of poor warp permeation properties of moderate-temperature slurry, the permeating agent fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (JFC) was added to the slurry during the slurry mixing to reduce the surface tension of the slurry and increase the penetration of the slurry in the warp yarn. By testing the properties of the traditional high-temperature slurry, moderate-temperature slurry and the synergistic effect of the moderate temperature and the penetrating agent, the influence rule of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers on the properties of the moderate-temperature slurry, serosal properties and sizing properties was studied. The results showed that the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether could effectively enhance the permeability of the moderate-temperature slurry to the warp yarn and improve the mechanical properties of the sizing yarn after the moderate-temperature sizing.
