摘  要:当前,低油价已经成为石油行业的常态,实现油气田生产低成本、高效益的目标成为稠油油藏发展战略。稠油因其高黏、流阻大的特点导致机采系统耗电成本高、效益差。面对高含水后期稠油油藏的开发,开展节能降耗、控制耗电成本显得尤为重要。从某厂稠油井能耗对标入手,找出控制单井机采能耗关键因素,控制无效产出液,优化举升参数,应用新型节能技术,通过探索与实践,取得了显著效果。At present,low oil price has become the new normal state of the oil industry,and low cost also has been the development strategy of heavy oil reservoir. The characteristics, such as high viscosity and high flow resistance, brings heavy oil production process high power consumption and low profits. Improving quality and efficiency and deepening reform, the new situation, mission and also requirements confronted by the industry, carrying out the work of reducing energy consumption and controlling the cost of electricity becomes increasingly important. On the basis of the heavy oil wells consumption index from the Sixth plant of Dagang field, this paper finds out the key factors controlling the energy consumption of single well artificial lift, controls the invalid output liquid, optimize the lifting parameter, applied the new energy- saving technology. Finally, remarkable results were achieved through a series of exploratory practices.
