摘 要:化工行业在我国起着能源支撑作用,但在节能技术方面与国外先进技术还有很大的差距。笔者介绍了我国化工节能技术的基本现状,并对我国化工节能技术的发展趋势做了展望分析,分别从装置的集成设计和联合建设、装置的能量系统优化、引入新工艺和新设备、采用节能新技术四个方面进行了研究。只有从多方面着手节能技术改进和应用才能更有效地将我国化工企业节能工作提升到一个新台阶,使我国化工企业走上绿色、节能、高效的发展之路。Chemical industry plays an important role in energy support in China,but there is still a big gap between energy- saving technology and advanced technology abroad. This paper first introduces the basic status of energy- saving technology in chemical industry in China, then prospects and analyses the development trend of energy-saving technology in chemical industry in China,from integrated design and joint construction of devices,optimization and introduction of energy system of devices. New technology and equipment,new technology and energy-saving are analyzed in four aspects. Only by improving and applying energy- saving from many aspects can the energy- saving work of chemical enterprises in China be promoted to a new level more effectively, and the chemical enterprises in China embark on the road of green, energy- saving and efficient development.
