摘  要:双语教学近年来在我国高校发展迅速,内蒙古民族大学法学专业也开展了以汉语为主、以蒙古族民族语言为辅的民法蒙汉双语教学活动。然而由于师资、教材、考核评价体系的原因,限制了民法蒙汉双语教学的发展,因此在今后的发展中应当明确民法蒙汉双语教学的培养目标,加大师资队伍的培养,组织编写民法蒙汉双语教材并且不断完善蒙汉法学双语教学的考核制度。Bilingual teaching has developed rapidly in our country in recent years,The law major of Inner Mongolia University for the Nationalities also carried out the bilingual teaching of Mongolian and Chinese in the civil law. However, due to the reasons of teachers, teaching materials and evaluation system, the development of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teaching is restricted,so in the future development we should make a clear aim of the Mongolian Chinese bilingual teaching of the civil law, strengthen training teachers,organize civil Mongolian Chinese bilingual textbooks and constantly improve the Mongolian bilingual teaching Chinese law examination system.
