摘 要:医院战略是医院的高层管理者制定的,有关医院全局发展的、整体性的、长期的战略计划,对医院的发展具有深远的影响。它的实施依赖于职能部门能否推行有效的职能战略,科学地配置资源,协调好内部和外部的各种关系。我院主要职能部门推行医院战略的实践表明,职能部门要想发挥好自己在医院战略管理中的作用,推动战略落地实施,必须努力强化自己的战略意识,统筹兼顾,综合协调,提高自身能力。The hospital strategy is formulated by the top management of the hospital. The overall development of the hospital, the overall, long-term strategic plan has a profound impact on the development of the hospital. Its implementation relies on the ability of functional departments to implement effective functional strategies, scientifically allocate resources, and coordinate internal and external relationships. The practice of implementing the hospital strategy by the main functional departments of our hospital shows that if the functional departments want to play their role in the strategic management of the hospital and promote the implementation of the strategy, they must strive to strengthen their strategic awareness, make overall plans, comprehensive coordination, and improve their own capabilities.
